Larry Gebert was an Idaho-based weatherman for many years. The weatherman died on April 1, 2022, at the age of 65 following complications from a heart attack.

KTVB added, “Every year, he would host/emcee/auctioneer dozens of fundraisers.” Larry was known for his large stature and “large personality,” standing at 6’6″. KTVB’s tribute continued, “He knew who he was, and he never failed to show his joy for it.”

“Throughout his 30 years at the station, Larry was always there to lend an ear, some manual labour, a ride, some solid advice, or a long story that had nothing to do with the original conversation but helped to take your mind off your woes,” the outlet continued.
