Lara Lewington a 43-year-old presenter and tech journalist fell from her scooter, resulting in massive gashes on her foreheads and upper lip that required stitches in June 2022.

Lara stunned fans by revealing images of her facial injuries from the accident, with one showing her face in the immediate aftermath and another showing how much her face had healed six days later.

Lara, clearly shaken by the accident, declared that she would ‘never’ ride an electric scooter again.

‘As an extremely clumsy person, always wobbly on two wheels, the electric scooter ride was never going to be a good idea,’ she wrote alongside the images.

I’m healing well after being cleaned up and stitched up and grateful it wasn’t worse. ‘Never again!’
Lara is also a television presenter, co-hosting the BBC’s technology show Click. In 2003, the blonde beauty joined Five as their weather presenter, a position she held for six years.
She also served as the channel’s entertainment correspondent before moving on to Sky News.
