Opting to join Team Rita, led by the renowned singer Rita Ora, proved to be a game-changing decision, culminating in his well-deserved victory on 29 May 2022.
This victory not only brought him a cash prize of $100,000 but also a coveted record label deal with Universal Music Australia.
Gill’s musical journey continued to flourish as he released “Sad Summer” on 11 November 2022, a song inspired by his personal experiences.
