Kurt Angle is a retired professional wrestler and former amateur wrestler from the United States. Kurt Angle is the father of six children.

Kurt and his ex-wife Karen Smedley have two children: Kyra, born on December 2, 2002, and Kody, born on October 26, 2006.

Kyra accompanied her father to his televised WWE Hall of Fame induction in 2017. In November 2018, she performed the anthem at the National Wrestling Alliance’s 70th-anniversary show. In May 2021, she graduated from Hendersonville High School.

Kurt Angle and his current wife Giovanna Yannotti have three kids together. Their daughter Giuliana “Squeaks” Marie Angle was born on January 22, 2011. Sophia Laine Angle was born on December 31, 2012.

Yannotti and Kurt welcomed their youngest daughter, Nikoletta Sky Angle, on November 5, 2016. The couple also adopted a teenager from Bulgaria named Josef.

Before entering professional wrestling, Kurt Angle had a successful amateur wrestling career. During his time in the WWF/WWE, Angle achieved significant success. He won multiple championships, including the WWE Championship, World Heavyweight Championship, Intercontinental Championship, and Tag Team Championship.

After leaving WWE in 2006, Angle competed in other wrestling promotions, including Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (now Impact Wrestling) and later returned to WWE in 2017 as part of their Hall of Fame class. He retired from professional wrestling in 2019.
