Kuami Eugene Biography, Career And Life Facts

Eugene Kwame Marfo popularly known as and Kuami Eugene is a Ghanaian highlife musician born on February 1, 1997, in Akim Oda, Ghana to Alex and Juliana Marfo. He rose to fame when he released his single titled, Angela.

Kuami Eugene attended Salvation Army Senior High School and furthered his education at Ghana Telecom University. He was once expelled from school due to his love for music. He spent most of his school time in the recording studio without the knowledge of his family and school authorities.

Kuami Eugene’s Music Career

Kuami Eugene began his music career when he joined the MTN Hitmakers competition in 2016. He placed third at the end of the competition.

After the competition, he was signed to Lynx Entertainment where he came up with his first single, Angela which gained over 1 million views on YouTube. In 2018, he released another single, Confusion which is said to be the continuation of Angela.

Kuami Eugene featured on Sarkodie’s Rapperholic concert in Ghana on December 25. He has also participated in My Festival held in Amsterdam.

During the few years, he joined the entertainment industry, Kuami Eugene has released hit songs including; Open Gate, No Dulling, Walaahi, Ohemaa, No more, Aku Shika, My Time, Show Dem and many others.
