King Promise Releases New Album ‘True To Self’ Featuring Fridayy

Ghanaian Afrobeat artist King Promise has unveiled his third album, ‘True To Self,’ celebrating his unique artistic identity and signature sound.

Prior to the album’s launch, the ‘Terminator’ hitmaker hosted an album listening session where industry professionals and business figures had the chance to listen to and enjoy the album.

During the session, there was an auction for the album, which was sold to the highest bidder.

The album includes 12 tracks featuring collaborations with both Ghanaian and international artists.

King Promise’s passion for creating music continues unabated. Reflecting on his journey, he says, “Achieving new heights in life, career, love, family, and business—all of these motivate me to believe even more.”

This dedication is reflected in an impressive lineup of collaborators on “True To Self,” including artists such as Fave, Sarkodie, Ladipoe, Shallipopi, Lasmid, and Haitian-American singer Fridayy.

The ‘True To Self’ album follows his previous successful releases “As Promised” (2019) and “5 Star” (2022).
