The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) of the United Kingdom confirmed on Thursday, May 26 that American actor Kevin Spacey is facing four charges made by three different men.

According to authorities, two of the alleged incidents occurred in London in 2005, and the other two occurred in 2008. Spacey was reportedly accused of being involved in another incident in Gloucestershire in 2013.
The statement added, “The CPS has authorised criminal charges against Kevin Spacey, 62, for four counts of sexual assault against three individuals.” “In addition, the CPS has permitted one charge of forcing a person to engage in penetrative sexual conduct without their consent.”

The Crown Prosecution Service stated that Mr Spacey is facing criminal charges and has the right to a fair trial. Spacey was first accused of sexual assault in 2017. Actor Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of making sexual overtures toward him when he was 14 years old at the time.
Mr Spacey is a two-time Academy Award winner best recognised for his roles in Seven, LA Confidential, American Beauty, and Baby Driver, as well as the Netflix series House of Cards.
