Kevin Bieksa is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman.

Kevin most recently played for the Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League (NHL) after starting his career with the Vancouver Canucks.
Kevin was born on June 16, 1981 to parents Al Bieksa and Angela Lombardo. Kevin has two brothers, Marty and Bryan, and two stepsisters, Terri Lynn and Jennifer.
Kevin’s dad Al Bieska works in the Ontario Federation of Labour and coached his three sons during minor hockey.

Much is not known about Kevin’s mum.
Kevin grew up in Grimsby playing minor hockey for the local Jr. Peach Kings program of the OMHA’s Niagara District BB-E league before graduating to the Stoney Creek Warriors of the OMHA South Central AAA League.
Kevin graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a 3.42 grade point average (GPA).
Kevin is married to a brilliant writer Katie and they have two children, a son and daughter.
