Speaking from her home of eight years in Los Angeles she told RTE Guide: “I don’t care if I never get married. I don’t care if I never have kids.

“There are loads of things I’ve planned for my life. So I’ve gone on and made plans for my life regardless of those things happening to me.”

Kerry Condon’s breakout role came in 2004 when she was cast as Octavia of the Julii in the HBO series “Rome.” The role earned her critical acclaim and helped to establish her as a talented actress in the industry.

In addition to her work in television, Condon has also appeared in several films. She made her feature film debut in the 2006 film “Intermission,” and has since gone on to appear in several other films.

Kerry Condon starred in the 2022 film The Banshees of Inisherin. Condon’s performance in the film received widespread acclaim with nominations for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role and the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress  Motion Picture.
