Kelly Tshibaka Husband: Who Is Niki Tshibaka?

Niki Tshibaka is the husband of Kelly Tshibaka, an American attorney and politician who served in the federal government from 2002 to 2019 in several inspector general offices.

Kelly Tshibaka, born Kelly Hartline met Niki while she was in law school.

The pair dated for a while after which they tied the knot.
