Kayla White was born on 24 September 1996 and is an American track and field athlete who competes as a sprinter.
White has transformed herself from a dancer in high school into one of the fastest women in the world.
She has competed in more than 175 races with 32 wins, 71 top-5 finishes, a combined 14 indoor and or outdoor Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) individual or relay titles, three first-team All-American honors, two second-team All-American honor, and an indoor NCAA national championship.
Kayla White won the 60mh at the MEAC indoor championships all four years of her career and received N.C. A&T’s Female Athlete of the Year Award in 2017. White has broken school records in the 60 meters, 60-meter hurdles, 100m, and 100mh and has helped the Aggies win three straight MEAC indoor titles and one MEAC outdoor title.
