Kate McCann, a former Sky News political correspondent and Telegraph journalist who now works for TalkTV is believed to be married. However, she is yet to reveal the identity of her husband.

Kate was highly commended at the Press Awards in 2017 for her Labour manifesto scoop, the first time a political manifesto had been leaked to a newspaper in its entirety.
She is deputy chair of the Press Gallery, the gathering of political journalists from national and international outlets in Westminster, having previously been chair in 2018.
She was only the second woman to hold the title in over 200 years.

Various news outlets have reported that Kate is married to Gerry McCann, which is far from the truth.
Kate McCann coincidentally bares the same name with Kate McCann, the mother of the disappeared Madeleine McCann [born 12 May 2003, a British child who disappeared on the evening of 3 May 2007 from her bed in a holiday apartment at a resort in Praia da Luz, in the Algarve region of Portugal] and as a result, they are often confused with each other.
The Kate and Gerry McCann who are both physicians and practising Roman Catholics.
Kate Marie McCann, née Healy (born 1968, Huyton, near Liverpool) attended All Saints School in Anfield, then Notre Dame High School in Everton Valley, graduating in 1992 with a degree in medicine from the University of Dundee.
She moved briefly into obstetrics and gynaecology, then anaesthetics, and finally general practice.
