De los Reyes played a significant role in the 1994 syndicated drama series “Valley of the Dolls” and later had a three-episode arc on NBC’s “ER” in the following year. Joining “One Life To Live,” he portrayed Antonio Vega, a former gang member turned attorney and police officer, over a span of 14 years with a brief hiatus in the late 1990s. His performance earned him five ALMA Award nominations, a win in 2008, and an Image Award nomination. Additionally, he received a Daytime Emmy Special Fan Award nomination for “America’s Favorite Couple” in 2002, alongside his future wife, actress Sherri Saum.

One of de los Reyes’ notable characters was Raul Menendez, a Nicaraguan drug lord and leader of a terrorist organization, serving as the primary antagonist in the 2012 “Call of Duty: Black Ops II” and 2013 “Call Of Duty: Strike Team.” He reprised the role in the 2018 “Call of Duty: Black Ops 4” and the 2022 “Call Of Duty: Vanguard” and “Call Of Duty: Warzone,” contributing both voice acting and motion-captured body acting for the popular video game franchise.

In addition to his extensive tenure on “One Life To Live,” de los Reyes made guest appearances on various primetime drama series, including a notable role as a gang leader in the two-part Season 3 finale of “Blue Bloods.” His versatile career also included appearances in “SEAL Team,” “MacGyver,” “The Gifted,” “Shooter,” “Law & Order,” “Law & Order: Criminal Intent,” “CSI: Miami,” “The Mentalist,” “Touched By an Angel,” and “Early Edition.” He co-starred with Annabeth Gish and fellow soap star Daniel Cosgrove in the 2001 TV movie “The Way She Moves.”
