Kacey Musgraves and her husband divorced stating that they grew apart and that their relationship just didn’t work.

Kacey Musgraves began songwriting at the age of eight when she wrote a song called “Notice Me” for her elementary school graduation. She had her first solo and self-released album at the age of 14.

In 2012, Kacey Musgraves signed with Mercury Nashville and released her solo debut single “Merry Go ‘Round”. Kacey Musgraves joined Katy Perry on the North American leg of her Prismatic World Tour.
