Juan Ignacio Brex is an Italian-Argentine professional rugby union player who predominantly plays center for Benetton in the United Rugby Championship.

He has also represented Italy at the international level, making his test debut against Scotland during the 2023 Six Nations Championship.
Brex, who was born in Argentina, is of Italian origin through his father and maintains dual citizenship. After playing for Argentina till 2015, Brex was nominated to the Italy Sevens squad for the Qualifying Tournament for the 2020 Summer Olympics in 2019.
He was called to Italy’s team in January 2021. On August 22, 2023, he was named to Italy’s 33-man squad for the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
