Juan Ignacio Brex is a professional rugby union player from Italy and Argentina who currently plays center for Benetton in the United Rugby Championship.

Brex was born in Argentina and is of Italian origin through his father, who holds dual citizenship. After playing for Argentina till 2015, Brex was picked to the Italy Sevens squad for the 2020 Summer Olympics Qualifying Tournament in 2019.
