Josh Sills is an American football offensive guard for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League.

Joshua Matthew Sills was born on January 26, 1998, in Sarahsville, Ohio, United States of America. Sills committed to West Virginia University where he spent his first year as a redshirt.

While at West Virginia University, Josh Sills was named second-team All-Big 12 Conference at the end of the 2018 season.

As a senior, Josh Sills was voted team captain and led Oklahoma State in both knockdown blocks with 41 and pancake blocks with 21. This earned him a first-team All-Big 12 selection for the second consecutive year.
