Proctor participated actively in Ohio State’s secondary defense last year. The Owasso, Oklahoma native, who is 6 feet 2 inches tall, recorded 14 solo tackles out of a total of 21 and two pass deflections.

Proctor had a total of six tackles and deflected a pass against the Wisconsin Badgers in a nighttime home game. With a score of 52-21, the Buckeyes won.
