Josh McDaniels is in line to join the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League as their new head coach to fill the vacant position. After Jon Gruden parted ways with the Las Vegas Raiders in 2021, they are ready to give the team to Josh to serve as head coach.

Josh McDaniels previously served as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the New England Patriots. The new deal will be Josh McDaniels second head coach job in his entire career after serving as head coach for the Denver Broncos from 2009 to 2010.

The Las Vegas Raiders team heads had a dinner with Josh McDaniels to talk about the deal which is said to have been agreed. In addition to bringing Josh McDaniels, the Las Vegas Raiders have hired Dave Ziegler as their new general manager as a successor of Mike Mayock.
Josh McDaniels is 45 years of age and he is a six-time Super Bowl champion.
