Josh Green Basketball Parents: Meet Delmas Green, Cahla Green

Josh Green’s parents are Delmas Green and Cahla Green. Both of his parents played professional hoops in Australia.

Josh Green’s mother is an Australian and his father is of American origin. They are also the parents of Jay, Ky, and Maya. His brother Jay plays basketball with Northern Arizona Lumberjacks.

Josh Green began playing basketball in the northwest Sydney suburb of Castle Hill at age five when his mother started coaching him.

Joshua Benjamin Green was born in Sydney, Australia on November 16, 2000. Josh Green is 22 years old as of 2023.

While attending The King’s School in Sydney, Josh Green was selected to represent the New South Wales’ under-16 state team at 13. He also attended Mountain Ridge High School and the IMG Academy in Florida where he became a five-star draft prospect.

Josh Green was selected with the 18th pick in the 2020 NBA draft by the Dallas Mavericks. Josh Green made his NBA debut on 23 December, scoring two points in a 106–102 loss to the Phoenix Suns.
