Kerstin, the eldest, entered the world on August 30, 1988, followed by Stefan on February 1, 1990, and Lisa on August 29, 1992. Monika arrived on February 26, 1994, before tragedy struck with the birth of twins, Alexander and Michael, on April 28, 1996. Sadly, Michael succumbed to his fate just three days later.

Despite the horror of their circumstances, life continued in the basement. On December 16, 2002, Elisabeth gave birth to her youngest son, Felix, marking the end of a tragic chapter in the Fritzl family’s history.

While three of Elisabeth’s children – Kerstin, Stefan, and Felix – spent their entire lives imprisoned in the cellar, Josef and Rosemarie raised the other three as their own, spinning a web of lies to conceal the truth of their origins.
