Football champ Jorge Carrascal was born to his parents, Olga Guardo and Jorge Carrascal. There is no much information regarding Jorge’s parents.

Jorge began his professional career at the Columbian club Millonarios, and made his debut for the club in 2016.
In 2017, Jorge began playing for the Ukrainian club Karpaty Lviv, but he left the club after one season.
In 2018, Jorge signed with River Plate, and that marked a turning point in his career. Under the guidance of coach Marcelo Gallardo, Jorge recorded much success with the team, both domestically and internationally.

He was part of the squad that reached the finals of the Copa Libertadores, the most prestigious club competition in South America.
Jorge now plays as an attacking midfielder for CSKA Moscow. He had joined the team on loan from River Plate in 2022, and the same year, CSKA had signed him in to a permanent contract set to expire in 2026.
Regarding his international career, Jorge has represented Colombia, playing with the U-20 national team in various tournaments.
