Jordan William Fisher was born on April 24, 1994, in Birmingham, Alabama, the United States to his parents Rodney Fisher and Pat Fisher. He has two siblings including Cory Fisher and Trinity Fisher.
Jordan Fisher grew up in nearby Trussville. He had been legally adopted in 2005 at age 11 by his maternal grandparents, Rodney and Pat Fisher since his biological mother was 16 when he was born.
Jordan Fisher was home-schooled as a child. He later graduated with a high school diploma from Harvest Christian Academy. He joined the Red Mountain Theatre Company in Birmingham and then proceeded to enrol in courses at Jacksonville State University in 2011.
