The wide receivers coach for the San Diego State Aztecs football team is Jonathan Alexander Krause (born January 18, 1992), a former wide receiver in American football. He went to South Gwinnett High School in Snellville, Georgia, and played college football there for Vanderbilt. He has participated in games for the Tennessee Titans, Philadelphia Eagles, New England Patriots, Cleveland Browns, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Krause was a flexible offensive option for the Commodores and a member of Coach Bobby Johnson’s final Vanderbilt recruiting class. With 98 receptions for 1,197 yards, he completed his career. He also ran for two touchdowns. The Buccaneers and Krause have a contract. He was waived by the Buccaneers on September 3, 2016, as a result of the team’s final roster cuts.
