The jailed Tiger King actor Joe Exotic is reportedly refusing treatment, despite the fact that his medical staff believes his prostate cancer has migrated to his bladder.

The 59-year-old said in a letter acquired by the tabloid that he later had a lot of blood in his urine and has bled a lot throughout his cancer treatments. He is currently serving a 21-year jail sentence after being convicted guilty of a murder-for-hire conspiracy against rival Carole Baskin.
He has apparently chosen not to have treatment, writing: “I want to stay here and just let it take its course.” His urologist expert now believes cancer has progressed to his bladder and wants the celebrity to have additional testing to confirm this.
