Joe Biden, the current president of the United States of America, has eulogized Walter Frederick Mondale during his memorial service in Minneapolis. Joe Biden revealed that Walter Frederick Mondale was one of the great giants of the United States of America.

Walter Frederick Mondale died in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on April 19, 2021, at the age of 93 years but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, his memorial service was delayed for a year.

Among other wonderful words of eulogization, Biden stated: “There are two ways of spreading light – to be a candle or the mirror that reflects it. Fritz was both the candle and the mirror in my view.

Joe Biden and Walter Frederick Mondale were friends for over 50 years and on this special day, Joe Biden could not afford to miss but he made his presence felt and also made a great statement for Walter Frederick Mondale.

Walter Frederick Mondale served as the 42nd Vice President of the United States from 1977 to 1981 under the administration of Jimmy Carter. Walter Frederick Mondale also served as Attorney General of Minnesota from 1960 to 1964, then served as the United States Senator from Minnesota from 1964 to 1976.
