Judy Lukoki was a Congolese-Dutch professional footballer who lastly plays as a winger.

Lukoki was born in Zaire but immigrated to the Netherlands with his parents and his twin brother, NAC Breda player Madjer Lukoki at an young age due to the First Congo War.
Lukoki grew up in Amsterdam and joined the local club VVA/Spartaan at the age of ten.
Form there, Lukoki went on to play for Ajax, SC Cambuur (loan), PEC Zwolle, Ludogorets, Yeni Malatyaspor and most recently FC Twente.
At the international level, Lukoki represented Netherlands at various youth levels.
Lukoki secured third place with the U-19 team at the Festival International ‘Espoirs’ 2012 in Toulon, France.
Lukoki held dual citizenship and was eligible to represent either Netherlands or DR Congo at senior level.

On 19 March 2015, Lukoki received his first call for the DR Congo team for the match against Iraq and earned his first cap in that game.
Sadly, Lukoki, whose most recent spell was with FC Twente died on May 9, 2022 aged 29 of unknown causes.
Lukoki joined FC Twente on a two-year deal in June 2021 but suffered a serious knee injury during pre-season training.
Lukoki’s contract with Twente was terminated in February 2022, because of what the club called “events in his personal life”.
There is no information regarding Lukoki’s wife or children.
