Jock Zonfrillo Children: Did Jock Zonfrillo Have Kids?

Jock Zonfrillo was a Scottish chef and television host based in Melbourne, Australia. Jock Zonfrillo was the father of four kids.

Jock Zonfrillo shared two children six-year-old Alfie, and two-year-old daughter Isla with his wife at the time of his death Lauren Fried. Jock also had two older daughters, Ava and Sophia, from his first two marriages.

In an interview with New Idea in 2020, Jock spoke about his children. His eldest daughter Ava currently lives in Sydney, while the rest of Jock’s family lives in Adelaide.

“We FaceTime every night when she’s having dinner,” Jock said. “We all have dinner together, and with the young kids and her, they love her as a big sister.”

Ava has taken after her dad, in a way, heading down the food industry to work within media and PR. “She loves it, I think there’s a great kind of vibe around food. It doesn’t matter what part of the food you’re in,” Jock said.

Jock Zonfrillo died on April 30 in Melbourne at the age of 46. No cause of death was disclosed.

His family confirmed his death on Monday, May 1 2023, saying “our irreplaceable husband, father, brother, son and friend” died on Sunday in Melbourne.
