Joanna Jedrzejczyk announced in a post-fight interview that she will retire from mixed martial arts after her brutal defeat to a Chinese mixed martial artist called Weili Zhang. Joanna Jedrzejczyk is a former champion and has fought for over a decade.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk competed in a rematch between Weili Zhang on Saturday, June 11, 2022, and the fight ended in a second-round knockout in favour of Zhang.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk is a former UFC women’s strawweight champion and has bagged many accolades as a Poland representative. Joanna Jedrzejczyk won gold at five World Championships and won silver at one World Championship.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk is Polish and she formerly competed as a Muay Thai kickboxer and she won 37 kickboxing fights and lost just three kickboxing fights.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk is 34 years of age and she won the Strawweight of the Year at the 2014 Women’s MMA Press Awards and also won the Best Fighter of the Half-Year at 2015 Yahoo Sports Awards.
