American tv personality, Jim Cramer shared in 2013 that, he dealt with mental health issues surrounding his anger and his workplace behavior, attributing the problem to his childhood experiences with his father.

In December 2021, he also announced that he had tested positive for COVID-19 after attending an event that required PCR testing. He shared that his symptoms were mild due to having had two injections of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine and a Moderna booster. His wife, Lisa Cadette, was sicker and received the Johnson & Johnson initial dose and the Moderna booster.

Born on February 10, 1955, Jim Cramer worked in sales and trading at Goldman Sachs in 1984. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1985 but did not practice. After failing to renew his registration, his license to practice law was suspended on April 2, 2009.
In 1987, he began a hedge fund called Cramer & Co. after he left Goldman Sachs. The fund was operated out of the offices of hedge fund manager Michael Steinhardt. Some of its investors include Eliot Spitzer, Steve Brill, and Michael Peretz.
