Jerry Springer, veteran tv show host, has been announced dead after several months of being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He died at his home at the age of 79 on Thursday, April 27, 2023.

He hosted America’s Got Talent in 2007 and 2008. From September 2019 to 2022, he hosted the courtroom show, Judge Jerry.

Springer’s most notable show was his time on The Jerry Springer Show which he hosted for almost 30 years with 5000 episodes aired.

He also starred in a few movies and tv shows during his career. Some of them include The Defender, Citizen Verdict, Ringmaster, Baggage, Domino, Tabloid, Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!, The El Duce Tapes, Dancing with the Stars, and more.
“Jerry’s ability to connect with people was at the heart of his success in everything he tried whether that was politics, broadcasting or just joking with people on the street who wanted a photo or a word. He’s irreplaceable and his loss hurts immensely, but memories of his intellect, heart, and humor will live on,” the family spokesperson, Jene Galvin said.
