Jemma Reekie is a Scottish middle-distance runner.

Along with one in the 2017 European U20 Championships in Grosseto, she won two gold medals at the 2019 European U23 Championships in Gävle.
In 2020, she beat the indoor 800-meter and mile records set by the British.
Up until the year 2015, Arthur Smith served as Reekie’s coach. Coach Andy Younger is now working with her.

Her parents have always been there for her, and they go to see her compete. Since she was in elementary school, Jemma has known she wants to be a runner.
Jared Senior, an older brother, and Hope Reekie, a younger sister, live with her.
According to Scottish Athletics, Reekie’s family is active, and as the kids grew older, learning to swim became a priority.
In her youth, she also cherished playing hockey and riding horses. She fell in love with athletics, nevertheless, when she was in P5 at Beith Main School and joined Mrs. Duncan’s cross-country crew at the age of nine.
