JaVale McGee is a professional basketball player who plays for the Dallas Mavericks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). JaVale McGee is the father of an adorable three-year-old daughter Genevieve.

JaVale McGee is a three-time NBA champion, having won titles with the Golden State Warriors in 2017 and 2018, before joining the Los Angeles Lakers for the third title in 2020.

JaVale McGee won a gold medal with the 2020 U.S. Olympic team as the son of Olympic gold medalist Pamela McGee.

Over the 2011 and 2012 seasons, McGee averaged more than eight rebounds and ten points for the Wizards. However, in March, he was traded to the Denver Nuggets along with Ronny Turaif in exchange for Nenê.

McGee founded the Juglife Foundation in 2013, to raise awareness about drinking water and hydration. He has hosted celebrity softball games featuring NBA players. Juglife has collaborated with Hope 4 Kids International to construct wells in Uganda.
