In 2019, Jarico was matched against James Smith for the vacant WBO International super flyweight title, and he won the fight by unanimous decision, with a 96-93 scorecard.
In 2020, Jarico faced Oscar Vasquez in Sloan, Iowa, and again won the fight by unanimous decision.
