Jansen Harkins is an American-born Canadian professional ice hockey center. He currently plays for the Manitoba Moose in the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract to the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Internationally, Harkins helped Team Canada capture the gold medal at the 2014 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament, and he went on to play again for Canada at the 2015 IIHF World U18 Championships, winning a bronze medal.

Jansen’s father Todd Michael Harkins is an American retired professional ice hockey player.
He played 48 National Hockey League games for the Calgary Flames and Hartford Whalers. Harkins was drafted by the Flames in the 2nd round, 42nd overall in the 1988 NHL Entry Draft.
He stayed in the minor leagues until he went over to Europe in 1997, playing first in the German Deutsche Eishockey Liga, and then the Swiss Nationalliga A. He retired from professional hockey in 2001.
