Lock suffered multiple injuries on the third day of filming the upcoming TV show The Challenge UK. He was rushed to the hospital as a result.

James will be starring on The Challenge UK together with the likes of Kaz Crossley, Curtis Pritchard and Callum Izzard.

James is the first celebrity to be “booted from the show”.
