Jake Lockley was revealed in the post-credit scenes of Moon Knight. Khonshu, dressed as Mr Knight, is waiting for Arthur in the back seat, and the god introduces Arthur to Jake Lockley, Marc Spector’s third personality who is now doing Khonshu’s bidding.

Jake shoots and kills Arthur in the backseat, confirming that Marc is still Khonshu’s avatar, but Jake speaks Spanish, which has Marvel fans confused.
Moon Knight’s alters each has a distinct personality type that distinguishes them from the other characters. Jake Lockley, who has a thick New York accent, works as a yellow cab driver in the Big Apple.

His preferred mode of transportation has become as much a part of the hero as the white suit. His costumes are usually darker shades, especially brown so that he can hide in the shadows.
In Marvel Comics, Jake Lockley is not Spanish. Jake in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, on the other hand, speaks Spanish.
