Jake Flint died unexpectedly over the weekend on Saturday, November 26 2022 after exchanging vows a few hour earlier.

The cause of death is still unknown. He was 37. His manager, Brenda Cline, shared the news of his passing.

From 2016 to 2021, Flint released four albums: I’m Not Okay, Live and Not OK at Cain’s Ballroom, Jake Flint, and Live and Socially Distanced at Mercury Lounge. He frequently performed in Oklahoma and Texas.

He was known for hit songs such as “Hurry Up and Wait,” “Long Road Back Home,” “What’s Your Name?” and “Cowtown.”

Jake was scheduled to start a string of shows in Oklahoma and Arkansas on December 2 2022, that would have continued through May 2023.
