Jake Abraham (actor) cause of death: What happened to Jake Abraham?

Jake Abraham, 56, passed away. He was most known for playing Dean in Guy Ritchie’s 1998 picture Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels.
In July, he stated that he was getting palliative treatment. He had been diagnosed with prostate cancer earlier this year.

The actor also acted in the 1991 movie Mean Machine and The 51st State as well as the Channel 4 series GBH. He started his acting career in the 1980s at The Everyman Youth Theatre. He was born in Toxteth, Liverpool.

He admitted going to the doctor in February after feeling off for some time in a summer interview with the Liverpool Echo. The performer was busy up until the beginning of this year, appearing in The Scouse Jack and the Beanstalk pantomime all the way through January.

The actor’s publicist confirmed the death to The Independent, saying: “Unfortunately, I can confirm that Jake Abraham passed away at his home in Liverpool on Saturday, September 30th at 10.38pm, after a courageous battle with cancer. In July, Abraham said that he was diagnosed with cancer after experiencing a protracted period of illness.
