Jada Pinkett Smith is an American actress, singer, screenwriter, producer, talk show host, businesswoman, and current wife of American actor Will Smith.

Jada Koren Pinkett Smith was born on September 18, 1971, in Baltimore, Maryland, the United States as the daughter of her parents Adrienne Banfield-Norris and Robsol Pinkett, Jr.

Jada Pinkett Smith began her acting career in 1990, appearing as a guest star on “True Colors” before later starring in the television series “A Different World” (1991–1993). She rise into the spotlight in the movie industry following her appearance in “The Nutty Professor” (1996).

Jada Pinkett Smith has also has starred in A Different World, The Nutty Professor, Girls Trip, Set It Off (1996), Scream 2 (1997), Ali (2001), The Matrix Reloaded (2003), The Matrix Revolutions (2003), Collateral (2004), the Madagascar films (2005–2012), Magic Mike XXL (2015), Bad Moms (2016), Girls Trip (2017), Gotham” (2014–2016), “Hawthorne” (2009–2011), and Angel Has Fallen (2019).

Under the stage name Jada Koren, Pinkett Smith launched her musical career in 2002 with the formation of the metal band “Wicked Wisdom.” The band released its well-received debut album on February 21, 2006.
