The other Marines were identified as Capt. Ross A. Reynolds of Leominster, Mass., Gunnery Sgt. James W. Speedy of Cambridge, Ohio, and Capt. Matthew J. Tomkiewicz of Fort Wayne, Ind.
Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear sent out a tweet, saying he and first lady Britainy Beshear extended their deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of Moore.

Cpl. Jacob M. Moore, 24, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, has been identified as one of the four Marines killed in the NATO exercise crash Friday night.
Military officials say the helicopter crashed in extreme conditions. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
According to NATO’s website, Cold Response 2022 is “a long-planned exercise which Norway hosts biannually.
This year’s exercise was announced over eight months ago. It is not linked to Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified invasion of Ukraine.”
