According to jail records, Patrick Mahomes’ brother Jackson Mahomes was arrested on a charge of aggravated sexual battery on Wednesday. The charge stems from an incident that happened in a Kansas restaurant in February.

At about 7:42 a.m. local time, Mahomes, 22, was taken into custody at the Johnson County Jail. On a $100,000 bond, he was being held. He was charged at 1:30 on Wednesday, posted bail, and was then let go.
The judge set May 11 as the date for his hearing.
He is prohibited from speaking publicly about his case as per the terms of the bond.

The TikTok star was under investigation in February for allegedly pushing a waiter and forcibly kissing the female owner of a restaurant in Overland Park. Aspen Vaughn, the restaurant’s owner, claimed to have been forcibly kissed at least twice by Mahomes after being grabbed by the throat.
The owner of the restaurant, Aspen Vaughn said:
“He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere “and I’m telling him, pushing him off saying, ‘What are you doing?’ and then he proceeded to do it two more times, where the last time I was pushing him off, and I can see on the cameras that somebody was outside the office door, and I was yelling for them to come help, because he’s big and massive.”
In March, Jackson Mahomes’ attorney refuted the allegations.
