It was a mood of mourning when news broke on the internet that the chairman f JCT600, Jack Tordoff has passed away at age 86 after losing the long fight with illness.

The entire family and workforce at AM100 dealer group JCT600 are mourning the death of their chairman. He created the company after taking on a garage founded by his father in the city in 1946.

Tordoff was appointed MBBE in 2008, for services to business and sport in Bradford. He ran the company for 44 years before handing over to his son, John as Chief Executive while continuing the role of chairman.
