Jack Nunge is a married man. He is married to a lovely wife whose name is Gabrielle Nunge. Gabrielle is a professional volleyball player.

Gabrielle Nunge was born in Edina, Minnesota, on March 4, 1999. She was born to her parents, Gretchen and Lorenzo Orr, and was raised alongside a sister Kennedi Orr.

Gabrielle Nung is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs around 60-65 kg. She graduated a semester early from Eagan High School in Minnesota. At Eagan High School, she played for four years under Kathy Gillen.

In conference play, as a senior, Gabrielle Nunge led the Eagan High group to victory. Gabrielle was selected as the team MVP, an AAU All-American, and a member of the all-state MSHSL State All-Tournament team.

Gabrielle Nunge was chosen as the USJO All-American MVP for the 15 Open. In 2017, she played in all 33 matches as the setter. She was named B1G co-Freshman of the Week.

Gabrielle appeared in 31 matches in 2018 where she led Lowa with 1,242 assists and was second on the team with 298 digs. In a victory over Northwestern, she recorded 51 assists, a career-high 4 solo blocks, and 7 total blocks.

Gabrielle Nunge joined the Iowa program a semester early. She competed in one race with the eights in the spring and was selected to the Spring SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Gabrielle Nunge played volleyball for the Iowa Hawkeyes, where she was selected as captain in her junior and senior years. As a Junior in 2019, Gabrielle appeared in 21 matches.

Gabrielle Nunge completed the season ranked fifth in program history with 3,226 assists, making her the seventh Hawkeye to surpass 3,000 career assists.

Gabrielle Nunge graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies, a minor in rhetoric and persuasion, and a certificate in event management.
