Wanda Maximoff went wild in Dr Strange Multitude of Madness in search of her offspring, Billy and Tommy, whom she made and lost in WandaVision.

Using witchcraft from a terrible book called the Darkhold, she discovered that her parallel selves had real offspring in other universes, unlike the two sons she created with magic.
But to travel to another reality and find them, she’ll have to use America Chavez’s talents, which would kill her. Doctor Strange, of course, does everything he can to avoid this.
Wanda almost succeeded. However, when she encountered Billy and Tommy in another dimension, they were afraid of who she had become.

Wanda changed her mind and decided to demolish the Darkhold. She was willing to sacrifice herself in the process: a plume of red smoke rising from a crumbling temple indicated that she died. But is she dead?
In an interview with Variety, screenwriter Michael Waldron of Multiverse of Madness refused to disclose whether Wanda died, claiming it was “open to interpretation.”
“I believe that is open to interpretation.” She performed some type of sacrificial deed that destroyed the Darkhold in every reality, preventing Wanda from being lured by the Darkhold in every universe. It’s unclear if she’s alive or dead.
