Vince Wilfork is a former American football nose tackle who spent 13 seasons in the National Football League (NFL), mostly with the New England Patriots

Wilfork was elected to the Patriots Hall of Fame in 2022, becoming the sixth player in their first year of eligibility to be chosen by the fans. He was inducted on September 24th, 2022.
He attended the University of Miami and was selected by the Patriots in the first round of the 2004 NFL Draft. Vince was inducted into the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame in 2019.

Vince Wilfork also spent two seasons with the Houston Texans before retiring at the end of the 2016 season.
He and Tom Brady are the only New England Patriots players to have won both Super Bowls XXXIX and XLIX.
Wilfork was named a defensive tackle for USA Football’s 2012 “All Fundamentals Team,” which honors 26 NFL players each year for executing position fundamentals.
Wilfork is regarded as one of the best defensive tackles in NFL history, having been named to the Pro Bowl and the All-Pro team in 2007, 2010, 2011, and 2012.
