Is Steve Martin a nice guy?

Steve Martin is an actor, comedian, writer, producer, and musician from the United States.

Aside from being a comedic genius, Steve Martin is a pretty good guy. In a interview with The Irish Times, Martin Short, one of Steve Marin’s closest friends said this about Steve Martin:

“If Steve were just a humorous guy without being a highly decent, admirable man, then it would be a different kind of relationship. But Steve is a very loyal, wise, kind, smart person to hang out with,” says Short.

Steve Martin has received five Grammy Awards, one Primetime Emmy Award, and an Honorary Academy Award in 2013.

In 2016, he was nominated for two Tony Awards for his musical Bright Star. He has received numerous awards, including the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, the Kennedy Center Honors, and an AFI Life Achievement Award.

Steve Martin was ranked sixth among the top 100 stand-up comedians by Comedy Central in 2004. The Guardian named him one of the best actors who was never nominated for an Academy Award.
