Is Ronaldo Leaving Man United?

Christiano Ronaldo has left Manchester United by Mutual consent following his explosive interview with Piers Morgan.

United issued a 67-word statement on Tuesday evening announcing that have reached a mutual agreement with Ronaldo and have therefore terminated his contract.

In an interview with TalkTV, Cristiano Ronaldo mentioned that he felt betrayed by the club and has no respect for manager Erik ten Hag.

The Portugal captain, who is currently representing the team at the World Cup also said in the interview that members of the United hierarchy were trying to force him out of Old Trafford and doubted him when he said he could not attend the pre-season because his daughter was ill in hospital.

Ronaldo has also issued a statement to this effect saying that the club reached out and he left by mutual agreement.
