Lindsey Horan is a women’s soccer player who plays for French club Olympique Lyon, as well as the United States national team.

Born on May 26, 1994, in Golden, Colorado, USA, Horan plays the forward, attacking midfielder, and central midfielder positions.

She has played for the teams Colorado Rush, Paris Saint-Germain, and Portland Thorns.

Horan’s soccer career began with the Colorado Rush in 2005. She spent four seasons in France, playing for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the Division 1 Féminine, making 58 appearances and scoring 46 goals.

In 2016, she joined the Portland Thorns FC in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).

In 2022, Horan began playing for Olympique Lyon on loan, and in 2023, she was signed into a permanent contract that will expire in June 2026.

Horan began playing for the senior United States Women’s National Team (USWNT) at age 18. She has so far represented the country in many international tournaments, including the FIFA Women’s World Cup, the Olympics, and CONCACAF Women’s Championship, where she has been a leading scorer.
