Liam Neeson is a trained fighter. At the age of 9, Liam Neeson began boxing at a club in Ireland and would go on to become Ulster’s amateur senior boxing champion.

Liam Neeson was a boxer until he was 17 years old. He quit for two reasons, a hectic knockout and a blossoming interest in drama.

In the animated television series Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008–20), Liam Neeson voiced Qui-Gon in two episodes of the third season and one episode of the sixth season. Neeson provided a voice for Hayao Miyazaki’s anime film Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea.
In 1988, Liam Neeson starred alongside Clint Eastwood in the fifth Dirty Harry film, The Dead Pool, as Peter Swan. In 2010, Liam Neeson made a guest-star appearance on the Showtime series The Big C.
